By downloading or using Tennis AI you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Tennis AI provides AI-generated analysis of tennis technique, scores, and practice recommendations. It is for training and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for in-person coaching.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Full access requires a subscription, billed through your Apple ID.
• Eligible new users may receive a free trial, as shown before purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and you are charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in your iPhone Settings under your name → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tennis AI.
• Only upload footage of yourself or of people who have agreed to be filmed.
• You are responsible for the content you submit.

4. Safety

Warm up properly and play within your ability. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from exercises or recommendations in the app.

5. Licence

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
